NORWAY: September’s “installation of the month” is a 100” Supernova One Screen installed by Infoteknikk, a leading supplier of video conferencing solutions in Norway, in the meeting room of their client Progressus.
When Rune Jensen approached Infoteknikk about the meeting room of Progressus,
the new private equity management company he had started, Infoteknikk initially
installed a fixed screen from a dnp competitor. Infoteknikk has provided Jensen
with AV solutions for a number of years, but this screen didn’t perform to the
customer’s satisfaction. One of the problems faced was the light coming in from
the windows adjacent to the screen as well as the reflective glare from the glass
wall in the meeting room.
Infoteknikk then decided on the Supernova One, with its patented filters that
absorb diffused light. Once the new screen was installed, the customer was
ecstatic. “The image quality achievable with the Supernova, despite the reflective
glare of the windows and glass wall, is extraordinary,” says John Seljevoll of
An elegant solution In addition, the customer had asked for a solution that would
fit with the professional, modern style of the Progressus meeting room. “The sleek
look and clean lines of the Supernova One gave them exactly what they wanted.
The screen looks and performs beautifully,” says Seljevoll.
