China: Wincomn Technology has been chosen for July’s “installation of the month” for its service to Shanghai Pingan Insurance Company—one of the largest insurance companies in China.
Pingan Insurance was building its biggest service center to date in Shanghai. They would need front projection screens for a series of training and conference rooms. Wincomn and the system integrator recommended using the Supernova One Screen throughout the building. Due to a lack of space, rear projection was never an option. But neither was traditional front projection—the rooms were simply too bright.
“Because the Supernova One Screen employs an optical lens system and a highcontrast ambient light-absorbing filter, the Supernova performed beautifully even in this brightly lit environment. We successfully outfitted all the training and conference rooms with Supernova One Screens,” says Tony Chen of Wincomn. “The modern design of the screens, with their cordless, sleek fit to the wall,
provided the professional look that Pingan Insurance wanted. It was a big job, but we ended up with one very satisfied customer.”
Bright technology Supernova One features an optical lens system that focuses and concentrates the projected light before reflecting it back towards viewers. A patented contrast enhancement filter also absorbs diffused light from windows and room lighting. This unique combination of new technologies actively enhances both image contrast and brightness, even in broad daylight.
