Hungary: The Hungarian delegation presented one of the most spectacular AV shows at EXPO 2000 in Hanover. Designed like an open hand, the pavilion invites visitors on a virtual trip through Hungarian tradi-tions, developments and lifestyles.
The opening of eight huge windows marks the beginning of the show, each revealing a 150" dnp Giant Screentm, which majestically slides out by means of a hydraulic system. When the screens are in position the movie is displayed on the brightly lit screens. Every multimedia show takes 15 minutes. After 5 minutes pause, the sequence starts again and continues through the whole day week after week.
The giant AV installation was installed by dnp's Hungarian distributor, Mikropo Ltd, who won the prestigious contract in competition with several other AV companies
