Large US spiritual organisation chooses dnp Supernova Screens

When they first saw it in action, representatives from BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha® were impressed with dnp's optical screen technology and its ability to reproduce bright, vibrant and rich images and videos. Later, when a demo was run for members of the regional organisations, they were so astonished by the quality of the images, they wondered whether massive flat-screen displays had been installed in place of the projectors.

The technology that makes it possible

Why does it work so well? The answer is simple. The Supernova active high-contrast filter allows the projected image to be reflected, while at the same time absorbing overhead light and deflecting ambient light. This leads to images with twice the brightness and a contrast ratio seven times higher than that of conventional diffusion screens. Having seen such high image quality, not surprisingly, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha® centres across the USA also wanted to upgrade, in order to broadcast super-crisp video even in big, well-lit rooms.
